I ask you to honor your sensitivity. This is a divine gift and it is important to honor it. What I mean by this is to pay attention to the feelings, visions, and knowings, and information that you hear. If at any time you feel or get a clear message to take yourself out of a harsh situation please pay attention and retreat to nature or a special quiet place where you can feel at piece. Many of you are just getting used to these heightened levels of sensitivity and higher vibration.. You man notice changes in your body, different appetites and cravings, and yearning to be around higher vibrating friends, etc. This is all normal and please honor these feelings. It is in perfect order to be ready to release the old in favor of allowing the new energies and higher vibrational frequencies in. If at any time you feel oversensitive or need assistace please ask me for help. I will help to adjust/tweak things for you so you are more comfortable. There will be many changes in the energy coming up and as these shifts happen so will you lightworkers be taken to higher frequencies that you have not experienced yet.
